Squishy Fun

Squishy Fun Terms of Use

Last updated October 28, 2026

The short version: Squishy Fun is a game for kids. Play it, enjoy it, and please don't copy or resell it. Purchases go through Apple or Google, and refunds do too.

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and KinPath, Inc. ("we"), the maker of the Squishy Fun app on iPhone, iPad and Android. By using the app you agree to them. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms for them.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Squishy Fun on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial fun. Please don't copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If anything here conflicts with it, Apple's agreement wins for App Store downloads.

Squishy Club and coins

Squishy Club is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks every squishy set, accessory and Club background. It's sold and billed by Apple or Google, under their terms. Refunds are handled by them: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your Google Play order history for Android. You can restore Squishy Club in Settings under "For grown-ups".

Coins are earned only by playing. They can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money and have no value outside the game.

Your progress

Coins, squishies, colored creations and photos are saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them, and we can't recover them. Squishy Club purchases can always be restored.

Our content

The squishies, art, music, names and everything else in the app belong to KinPath, Inc. Pictures your child colors or takes in the app are theirs to keep and share however you like.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, add or change features, or stop offering it. If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

No warranty

We work hard to make Squishy Fun safe and fun, but the app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, KinPath, Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what the app does and doesn't collect.
